Turmeric is one of the herbs used daily and which is quite beneficial for a healthy skin. In kitchen we cannot think about cooking without turmeric, like wise we cannot think about having beautiful and healthy skin without turmeric.
Turmeric has some amazing powers and is definitely more than a spice from the kitchen shelf. What’s wonderful about turmeric is that it’s easily available and you can use it in different ways using ingredients that are available right in your own house.

You have to just mix Turmeric with sandalwood powder and a little water, and applied to the face can greatly reduce the appearance of acne. DEAD SKIN REMOVAL: Turmeric is also good for an all over body scrub. Mix some turmeric with gram flour and water and use it to scrub all over your body before your shower. Doing this regularly will indeed help you get a glowing skin.

One other herb which is good for health is Black Pepper also known as black gold in ancient India. It has antibacterial properties, and is also used to preserve food. It is a source of manganese, iron, potassium, vitamin C and vitamin K and dietary fibre. Black pepper is a very good, anti-inflammatory agent.
